Hello everyone, My name is Milena and I am the owner of Elegant beauty and brows. I have been in the beauty industry for four years. Time sure does fly when you love what you do! My mission is to enhance all of my clients natural beauty and leave them feeling better than when they walked in. I am 3x certified is cosmetic brow tattooing and 2x certified in lash extensions. A no call no show will result in a 100% fee. Canceling with in 24 hours will require a 20% fee of the service booked.
